HME’S TOP HONORS A closer look at the 21 winning products and services that won in the 2022 HME Business New Product Awards.

In its ninth year, the HME Business New Product Award honors outstanding product development achievements by HME manufacturers and service providers. The competition is judged by a panel of HME providers from a variety of back- grounds and category specialties.
This year brought a wide variety of entries, with numerous categories bringing in multiple entries. In total, 21 products won across 20 categories, with one category — Business Technology - Specialized Solutions — having a tie for two winning products. This year saw a diverse set of products and services covering a spectrum of categories, ranging from smart
accessibility solutions to savvy business services that help providers thrive in a changing healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
As mentioned, the competition is provider judged, which ensures this is an award program by providers and for providers. Many thanks to our panel of provider judges who shared their expertise in various product categories to review and score the entries. The program wouldn’t be possible without them being so generous with their time and expertise.
