360-degree Perimeter
Bosch has introduced the MIC IP fusion 9000i 9mm camera, offering a wide thermal view to increase the level of security in perimeter detec- tion applications. Equipped with a 9mm lens, the new camera expands the current MIC IP fusion 9000i line-up of AI-powered security solutions. Specifically designed for short range perimeter security at critical sites, the MIC IP fusion 9000i 9mm camera delivers full 360-degree coverage in 30 seconds. Obtaining a full circle view quickly lowers security costs per square meter, resulting in customer savings. The camera is protected by full metal housing and offers the same level of longevity and reliability of existing 19mm and 50mm lens models.
Creating Greater Efficiencies
The latest version of Gallagher’s site management software, Command Centre, has been released to customers with enhanced efficiency and site protection. Command Centre v8.70 introduces a range of features and enhancements to create operational efficiencies and improved site secu- rity, including a next-generation integration with HALO Smart Sensor. Able to detect substances in the atmosphere, as well as light, pressure, tem- perature, humidity, and sound, the HALO Smart Sensor integration helps sites achieve safe and healthy environments by detecting abnormalities such as a gunshot or smoke, and monitors this within Command Centre. A complete revamp of the controller upgrade process addresses a pain point for sites carrying out multiple controller up- grades.

SONITROL has announced the availability of a new, award-winning Gunshot Detection Solution for the company’s thousands of existing and pro- spective customers. In any organization, keeping people safe is the top priority. Unfortunately, un- predictable active-shooter situations happen all too often. So, it’s essential to have safety mea- sures in place to help ensure quick, effective re- sponses in an emergency. Gunshot Detection can be an important part of any active shooter safety and security plan. By integrating this technology into an existing SONITROL system, an organiza- tion’s security team can be better prepared to act in the event of an active shooter.

Greater Interoperability, Security
ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas Group Brand, HES, is expanding its range of server cabi- net locks to include Open Supervised Device Pro- tocol (OSDP) and mechanical options. These new innovations are designed to help protect physical assets, data and access to critical infrastructure networks. This includes digital data and records needed to create additional physical security pro- tection starting at traditional doors, and extend to server cabinets, lockers, drawers and enclo- sures. OSDP support in the KS210 server cabinet locks means users get comprehensive control solutions. OSDP is a SIA standard that improves interoperability between access control and se- curity products.
Multi-protocol Mobile Radio
The new KENWOOD NX-1700(VHF)/1800(UHF) mobile radios are capable of multiple operating modes including Analog FM, NXDN Conventional, NXDN Type-D Trunking, and DMR Tier II Conven- tional. With the introduction of the new mobile, this completes the full range of radios in the in- novative NX-1000 Series as well as the complete NEXEDGE® lineup. The new NX-1700/1800 ra- dios feature a bright, white back-lit 13 segment, 10-character LCD display, 7-color LED indicator, fully programmable menu and keys, custom emergency profiles, 6W maximum audio output, dual priority scan and front panel programming.
