Par-Kut International provides factory assembled booths, gatehouses and guard shelters. Our company’s capabilities includes AutoCAD building design, manufacturing, finishing and wiring. Building product line includes standard weather protection, buildings with built in restrooms, platform or tower mounted control booths, trailer or skid mounted units, energy efficient and code compliant preassembled buildings and bullet resistant security booths.
From the smallest part time shelter up to the largest security entrance and visitor check- in building, all Par-Kut structures feature durable welded steel construction. Our company specializes in portable steel buildings that are built to order and built to last.
Eighty percent of our business for booths and guardhouses comes from repeat custom- ers – a testament to the fit and finish of our factory assembled buildings. Our production facility has its own painting operation, so the product can be finished in our customer’s choice of color. Custom paint schemes are also available. Various architectural styles and roof-lines can be specified as well. For example, standing seam hip roofs are very popular. Brick and stone veneers are popular and good looking as well.
