ARCHITECTURE IN EDUCATION
ESTABLISHED IN 1999, the Education Design Showcase is a vehicle for sharing innovative yet practical solutions in planning, design, and construction. The goal is to share ideas that will help achieve the best possible learning environments for students at all levels of education. This year we have awarded a total of two Grand Prize winners and
four Project of Distinction winners to designate the most outstanding projects in Higher Ed and K-12.

Since its founding in 1969, HMFH Architects, Inc. has established a national reputation for educational design excellence. From renovated urban schools to new rural campuses, HMFH is recognized as a leader in the design of innovative learning and living environments.
HUNT is an award-winning 150-person, full-service consulting and design firm established in 1974 that provides services to school districts, colleges/universities, municipalities, state agen- cies, and industrial/commercial clients.
Since 1968, MA+ has provided architecture and interior design services to a myriad of clients. The firm delivers high-quality results for a variety of education project types including athletics and historical preservation. MA+ consists of De- signers, Construction Technologists/Administrators, and 3D Visualization Artists.
O’Connell Robertson is full-service architecture, engineering and interior design firm celebrating 70 years of business in Texas. We use a mission driven approach to design educational environments that empower teachers to be more effective and students to be more engaged.
Perkins and Will is an interdisciplinary design firm passionate about human- centered design and committed to creating a positive impact through sustain- ability, well-being, diversity, inclusion, and research. We collaborate with clients to craft dynamic environments that inspire curiosity and foster learning.
TMP Architecture, a Bloomfield Hills, Michigan based firm, was estab- lished in 1959 with a focus in educational facility design. We are one of the preeminent educational design firms nationwide with expertise in sports/recreation, performing arts, library, and science/research facilities.
Established in 1954, WRA Architects has designed more than 1,100
K-12 projects for 70 school districts including schools of all grade levels, stadiums, auditoriums, CATE facilities, STE(A)M labs, district facilities, and more.
