We have also created leader- ship roles prioritizing the client expe- rience. This year, we introduced new technology and communications initiatives that will take client service to the next level.”
Even as technology and complex rehab offerings evolve, Mixon said consumers and their families will remain at the heart of NSM’s efforts.
