                                Splashy Bath Seat
National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is the exclusive American distrib- utor of Splashy, the new portable bath seat from Fire y by Leckey. To adapt to the child’s postural support needs, Splashy o ers a ve-point harness or three-point pelvic support. The seat has four detachable bumpers to lend extra support where it’s
needed. The warm-touch
foam is soft when wet or dry, and
the seat reclines easily to position the child
at the ideal angle for bathing. Travel-friendly
Splashy will also be right at home in other wet
environments, such as the beach or garden. Splashy will be co-distributed by NSM locations throughout the United States, as well as by AccessNSM locations, which focus on home accessibility solutions.

4Front Power Chair
Quantum Rehab’s rst front-wheel-drive power chair is the 4Front, featuring
SRS (Smooth Ride
Suspension). Designed
to address real-world
needs, 4Front focuses on
ride quality, driveability
and safety; its suspension
is based on leading
automotive suspension
systems. SRS uses four coil-
over gas-charged shocks
for an ultra-smooth
ride. The geometry
in which the shocks
are integrated into the
power base allows independent wheel travel plus
power base stabilization. The result: up to 10" of safe seat elevation while 4Front travels at 3.2 mph. 4Front delivers a smooth ride that lessens the bumps and jarring that can cause positional problems or increased tone and spasticity for complex rehab power chair users.

Inception Simulation Kit
If o -the-shelf wheelchair seat cushions don’t work for your client, is a custom-molded seating system the only remaining option? Comfort Company doesn’t think so, and instead suggests its new Inception Simulation Kit. The kit is a tool that enables clinicians and ATPs to build
a custom seat cushion using di erent types of foams and cushion components. Then, the client can test the simulated cushion prior to ordering — and the seating team can make adjustments, such as adding support or trying a di erent kind of foam. After deciding on the ideal combination of seating and support for a particular client, the ATP can place the seat cushion order with con dence. The Inception Simulation Kit comes in small, medium and large sizes. For more information on
the kit, watch the video (url below); Comfort Company also o ers a free hour-long Custom Seating solutions video tutorial that teaches viewers how to use the kit to build a customized system. CEUs are available for completing the online course.
