THE COMPLIANCE TEAM
The FACS That Matter When Choosing Your DMEPOS Accreditation Organization
VFalue Statement The Compliance Team’s programs are centered
lexibility, Accessibility, Consistency and, most of all, Simplicity are hallmarks of The Compliance TeamTM’s Medicare-
approved accreditation process.
Flexibility
The Compliance Team was the first accreditation organization (AO) to match its quality standards to an individual provider organization’s business model; not the other way around. Since The Compliance Team’s standards are adaptable to varying business models, you will learn how
to incorporate the standards into your current business model, making adoption of our pro- gram a seamless and efficient process and sav- ing you valuable time and money. Our flexible standards enable you to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity. In addition, we provide all the tools you need to achieve accredi- tation and to help you remain compliant.
Accessibility
The Compliance Team was the first AO to feature one-on-one continuing expert mentoring, coast-to-coast coverage during business hours, and 24/7 access to our national patient satisfac- tion benchmarking database and archived training webinars. Senior management, and even our founder & CEO, Sandy Canally, RN, are available most days to take calls.
Consistency
The Compliance Team is no slouch when it comes to training our corps of accreditation advisors and office staff. Our customers benefit across the board by getting consistently accurate information and answers to their queries. Regular refresher webinars are reinforced through annual company-wide gatherings that keep us on top of our game. Webinars, newsletters and podcasts keep our providers up to date on what is happening in the industry and at The Compli- ance Team. Optional Refresher Call Series webi- nars are available when you add a new employee or make changes to your organization.
Simplicity
The Compliance Team was the first AO to place an emphasis on accreditation process simplifi- cation. Sandy Canally is the principal architect and author of the firm’s accreditation programs.
on Sandy’s passionately held belief that “every patient deserves exemplary care” and that “healthcare delivery excellence should not be difficult or costly to achieve.”
Our quality assurance methods simplify accreditation by standardizing day-to day patient care reporting practices. One-on-one mentor- ing and healthcare’s first plain-language service- specific quality standards combine with hundreds of value-added extras that result in a dramatically simplified, yet thoroughly comprehensive and scalable, accreditation validation process.
The Details
Daily DMEPOS operations are streamlined so that they become integral parts of a measurable quality improvement process. Participants need NOT change their business models.
At The Compliance Team, an accreditation advisor leads step-by-step implementation webinars that can be accessed and downloaded for future employee training. A subscription to Patient Quality MeasurementTM, our proprietary national patient satisfaction reporting and benchmarking database, is also included, along with hundreds of document templates, regular update notice, great customer service and much more. This allows our clients to bench- mark their patient care services and practices against thousands of other provider surveys
in our database. We currently have over two million questionnaire results.
The net effect is a dramatically simplified and cost-effective accreditation process that leads DMEPOS businesses to Exemplary Provider® Award accredited recognition.
