Positively Impacting the HME Community
The Stand Up for Homecare campaign plays a key role in the promotion of positive messages about the home medical equipment industry. This event raises money to support consumer advocacy groups like United Spinal Association, ITEM Coalition, National Council on Independent Living, and Paralyzed Veterans of America – organizations that serve many of our patients, and are also strong allies on legislative and regulatory priorities.
Funds raised at the semi-annual reception also allow us to educate consumers on HME issues, underwrite research that makes a strong impression on Capitol Hill, and continue to expand our network of grassroots advocates.
