                                                 IT TRANSFORMATION
We’ve seen the most powerful outcomes grow from starting on a small yet meaningful problem and delivering a software-enabled outcome rapidly.
software delivery, agencies are in a position to incorporate more advanced technologies, such as machine learning or artificial intelligence.
Legacy applications
Migrating to cloud infrastructure offers a tremendous amount of flexibility, agility and elasticity for meeting user demands. Unfortunately, most existing legacy
applications were not built to take advantage of cloud infrastructure, and they’re costly and difficult to change — in direct contrast to cloud-native applications, which are inherently flexible and easy to update.
Legacy apps perform critical functions, however, so agencies need to find a way
to move them onto a cloud infrastructure and then modernize components of those legacy applications so they can run more
efficiently in the cloud. Modernizing their approach to
software development can be daunting, but agencies absolutely must tackle that challenge to meet the imperative to deliver software-enabled outcomes and transform the mission.
