NX Distributed Intelligence connects intel- ligent devices such as luminaires, room controllers, panels, occupancy sensors, pho- tocells, wall switches, relays, and dimmers. Applications include occupancy and vacancy, scheduling, daylight harvesting, 0-10V dimming, color temperature control, task tuning, and occupant control. Included in the NX platform offering is Intelliscope, an occu- pancy visualization tool for customizing and testing NX luminaire-based smart sensors. NX Distributed Intelligence eliminates com- mon operational dependencies on software, gateways, and servers, which are found in other lighting control systems.
Judges’ Comments: The numerous lighting control solutions, and especially the one that allows this software to distribute control to individual lighting control devices, is an important feature.
