The LockOut deters unauthorized access to hand holes and other utility enclosures. Secure pull boxes with an easy, one-person installation that only takes a few minutes. It has no springs or moving mechan- ical parts and is made of corrosion- and tamper-re- sistant stainless steel. Little or no modification to the enclosure is required. It can be easily removed for unobstructed access to the hand hole. We provide a drill-resistant cylinder lock keyed to customer spec- ification. The locking mechanism is surrounded by a stainless steel cylinder with a weatherproof stain- less steel lid. LockOut.
