Conclusion

Both approaches reactive and proactive are necessary to ensure safety in the workforce. Organizations need to increase resources to focus on proactive methodologies to minimized reactive activities. Occupational hazards require continuous assessment and evaluation to ensure the sustainment of zero hazard occurrences.
