sembly product management based on more than 25 years of professional experience and his multiple degrees and certifications. At Ingersoll Rand, Dees serves as the global category leader for Ingersoll Rand® Assem- bly Power Tools, where he is responsible for driving growth and innovation strategies for
the company’s portfolio of assembly fastening tools. He oversees a global team of product, marketing, and vertical market managers to develop fastening solutions that meet the needs of customers in a variety of manufac- turing sectors. Dees joined Ingersoll Rand in 2012 as the Lean Business Process Leader for the industrial technologies sector and fo- cuses on providing value to customers while increasing business improvement. He also developed business improvement strategies that created synergies between the customer team and operations to benefit both custom- ers and employees.
