on several NFPA Tech-
nical Committees and is the chair of the Technical Committee on Sprinkler System Discharge Criteria (NFPA 13), according to Telgian’s news release. Telgian (www. telgian.com) is a fire and life safety engi- neering and consulting company based in Phoenix, Ariz. . . . The International Glove Association (http://internationalgloveas- sociation.org/) recently appointed Rodney Taylor, global PPE sales and marketing manager at D3O, to its board of directors. Taylor has more than 15 years’ experience in the safety industry, having worked as a researcher at the NASA Langley Research Center and at DuPont before joining D3O global to develop and introduce the com- pany’s technologies for the PPE sector. “I’m
honored to have been appointed to repre- sent D3O as a member of the IGA board of directors,” Taylor said. “D3O has a solid track record pushing the boundaries in hand protection, helping develop standards to simplify the PPE selection process and bring innovative products to the market- place, so I know I have a great team around me.
