EXAIR’s Efficiency Lab has been designed to help companies evaluate the efficiency of their current blowoff products, such as air nozzles, air knives, and air guns. Companies can ship
these items to EXAIR where one of our qualified engineers will perform tests using calibrated, NIST traceable testing equipment. The performance of the supplied product (air consumption, ef- fectiveness, noise levels, and efficiency) will be compared to that of the appropri- ate EXAIR Intelligent Compressed Air® product. The results will be published in a comprehensive report that includes a cost savings analysis.

The BreakTank is engineered for fire protec- tion in compliance with local, state, and national standards such as NSF 61, NFPA-22 and NFPA-1142, plus meets IBC 2015 standards with the ability to upgrade based on site-specific require- ments. Inside each BreakTank CGF tank, geotextile and polymer membrane liners contain the water, preventing corrosion by isolating the water from the steel tank interior.

Clustered, intentionally cavitating Blue Frog circulators select for facultative bacteria at the sludge/water interface. Sludge hydrolysis of solids into simple, digestible liquids in ponds, tanks,
and lagoons is no longer rate limiting. Legacy and new sludge is digested
in situ and turned into gas. Residual measurable depth is 1-2” of an active, fluidized biofilm bed. Average effluent BOD is 9mg/l; average effluent TSS is 11mg/l. There is no odor.
