named vice president and

applications. In his new position, Raffaelli oversees all company activities, including engineering, operations, sales, and after- market. His previous roles in the past seven years included vice president and director of manufacturing and continuous improve- ment for the Pettibone Heavy Equipment Group, which includes Pettibone/Traverse Lift and two sister companies. He succeeded Jack Salzwedel, chairman, CEO, and president of American Family Mutual Insurance Company, who served as IIHS chairman during 2016 and will continue to serve as a board member. “IIHS is entering its 58th year of working to make our nation’s roads safer, and I am proud to serve as chairman of its board of directors,” Yager said. “I look forward to working with my colleagues on the board to ensure that IIHS continues to build on its success.” Allstate has been an IIHS member company since the institute’s founding. The institute’s new chairman- elect is William L. Wisconsin Touts Successful Prescrip- tion Drug Monitoring Program
The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services recently released the second report from the Controlled Sub- stances Board that showed how successful the Wisconsin Prescription Drug Monitor- ing Program has been: Between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2016, the number of opioid doses dispensed decreased by more than 11 mil- lion from the same quarter of 2015.
“This report indicates our efforts throughout Wisconsin to fight prescription drug abuse and misuse are working,” Gov. Scott Walker said. “We remain committed to creating a safe state for all our citizens, and
