Platform creates a patient-centric experience to improve care
Brightree Digital Experience (Brightree DX) is a digital communications platform that streamlines the patient experience through automated, orchestrated patient outreach via text message. This optimizes provider workflows and patient satisfaction without downloading a mobile app or registering for a patient portal to access forms, digital signature, and video chat functionalities. Brightree Digital Experience builds trust, saves staff time, and improves coordination of care from referral to collections for home medical equipment, pharmacy, and home infusion providers.

Program offers DMEPOS certification for non-Medicare providers
The Compliance Team’s newest certifica-
tion program is set up as a quality assurance program for online DMEPOS suppliers who are not billing Medicare. This new certifica- tion helps standardize quality processes at the DMEPOS organization and ensures safety for their patients. Certification acts as quality validation to the company’s online and mail order customers that the supplier has been certified by an independent, third party. DMEPOS certification differs from DMEPOS accreditation in that certification covers only those aspects of the business that are directly related to intake and delivery. Certification is for two years.
