Providers and vendors find themselves in a tricky position: The COVID-19 public health emergency has made it next
to impossible to know what’s going
on with new products and services in the industry. Events are canceling or being postponed, and in-person brief- ings are difficult, if not impossible.
That’s a real problem because products sit at the heart of HME businesses. Providers need to know about the latest solutions so that they can make their patients and referral partners aware of them.
To address this problem, we’ve created a multi-media event we’re calling Product Launch, and it starts with this issue. In this edition of HME Business, you’ll find details on a ton of new and recent product offerings.
Then, on Oct. 29, Nov. 5, we’ll be hosting online DemoCasts of new products that you can learn more about those offerings and ask vendors questions about their products. (And we might even add more dates given the turnout thus far.)
In addition to that, we’ll also be running social media updates on new products and sending out special Product Launch editions of our e-Source enewsletter.
