The Stand Up for Homecare campaign promotes a positive image of “ Supporting Stand Up for
the home medical equipment industry, raises public awareness of

Our strong relationships with patient advocacy groups such as the ITEM Coalition, National Council on Independent Living, and United Spinal Association play an important part in our advocacy efforts. Thanks to support of the Stand Up for Homecare campaign, AAHomecare increased funding in 2019 for the ITEM Coalition, which represents over 70 patient groups.
