The Census Bureau announced in March that it had begun using the cloud-based eSignLive for SharePoint,
which complies with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Pro- gram, to manage its performance re- views. The software-as-a-service system authenticates users via secure creden- tials, such as personal identity verifica-
