That is the criti- cal piece to ensure success from the get-go, and ultimately that experience comes down to inter- net bandwidth and latency.

By applying new think- ing, institutions large or small, public or private, can answer the demands of today and tomorrow by tearing down connectivity barriers and taking solid next steps toward WiFi success.
