Drive DeVilbiss Acquires Sidhil Group
Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare has acquired Sidhil Group Limited.
The January 6 news announcement from Drive DeVilbiss described Sidhil Group as the leading manu- facturer of hospital and home healthcare beds in the United Kingdom.
The company is currently located in a 105,000 square-foot facility in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and has been in business for more than 130 years. Sidhil Group also produces pressure prevention products and aids to daily living.
